I had been wanting some photos of downtown Atlanta for a while now, and while I was down seeing Australian Pink Floyd, I brought my camera to capture this Atlanta icon.

Dicks Creek

I made it up to Dicks Creek yesterday to snap some fall foliage photos. I think I was a couple weeks late in my endeavor but I still came away with a couple that I like. I also got to do my first waterfall photo with slow shutter speed. The second photo is a popular swimming hole in the summers in North Georgia even though the mountain stream is as cold as ice. I went there a couple of times in college and although it's been about 6 years since I've been there, it was exactly the way I remembered it.
